With over 23 years of combined experience in client account management, the staffing industry, and HR leadership across both corporate and private sectors-the majority of which was spent leading transformative initiatives at AT&T-Edina is the heart and vision of Qualyhire. Her focus has spanned staffing, vendor management, compliance, and rolling out enterprise-wide systems, all while bringing deep expertise in HR operations and mergers & acquisitions. She is a master at identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent-and even more passionate about designing human-first systems that strengthen organizations from the inside out. Her unmatched recruiting expertise, expansive network, and people-centered leadership style make her a trusted advisor to companies ready to grow with clarity and intention.

With over 17 years of hands-on experience in transportation and domestic freight management, Nemo is a powerhouse in logistics strategy, operations, and scalable growth. He has led the expansion of multiple logistics organizations across the U.S., built international teams, and developed end-to- end systems that drive performance and profitability. At Qualyhire, Nemo bridges strategy with execution bringing deep industry insight to every staffing solution.
